Last year when I joined my first “real” job I started planning what I would like to do with my first salary and the first thing that came to my mind is to take a long holiday that too in the city of Rome. I did go there and had an experience of a lifetime because I got to spend some of the best days of my life there. In this article I will recount to you what I did there and what I saw.

 When on a Rome City tour the first thing that you ought to do is to visit the Vatican Museums and most obviously the Sistine Chapel. Travelling around the city of Rome to go to the museums and the Sistine Chapel has its own advantages because you get to see the famous Villa Borghese Gardens and also the northern gate that leads into Piazza del Popolo.

The charm of the night sky accompanied by the illumined streets drives you into a state of joy that you will hold close to your heart forever. It is preferable that you hire a guide because tour guides are invested with precise knowledge and can actually help you have the right mood to enjoy all the evening festivities. You could conclude your night trip at Rome by having dinner at a local restaurant serving traditional cuisine that includes one- fourth litre of great wine.

 Everyone out there who is travel- thirsty should make it to Rome City at least once in their lives. A place that has something to offer to everyone, Rome is definitely the city of my choice and easily clinches the top spot when the best cities in the world are considered.
